Kate Kabenina, a senior at Campolindo High in California, finished fifth in the girls small school 2-mile race in 12:28.7 at the Ed Sias Invitational at Hidden Valley Park in Martinez, Calif. Kabenina contributed to Campolindo securing the team victory with 43 points. Kabenina also achieved the sixth-fastest girls time from all female races combined.
